Focusing on the Good Food District - a geographical defined area of San Diego, CA consisting of Southeastern San Diego, Barrio Logan, National City, and Lemon Grove - this podcast explores improving overall health and well-being in communities of color through self-determination, urban agriculture, and placemaking.
