AVERY WILL RETURN IN 2025 Thank you for all of your incredible support while I've navigated many personal challenges and changes in 2024. Your recovery journey is calling... All you have to do is listen. 📞🌱 You got this. Wherever you are on your journey, I would love to hear from you. hello@averythequiet.com Quiet, Not Silent is a podcast dedicated to exploring recovery while living with Borderline Personality Disorder. I'm Avery (they/them), and I live with quiet (discouraged) BPD. I was diagnosed with BPD in 2019 at 24 years old. After reading about Millon's subtypes, I was finally able to understand the way I had been coping with this mental health condition. The subtypes have been an effective describing tool for many people with BPD to better explain their own experiences and coping mechanisms. After all, no two people experience BPD the exact same way. Since 2021, I've been compelled to break the silence that stigma traps us in, and speak up on my experiences with this hidden subtype. So, here I am: quiet, not silent.
