Ziyarat Ashura is a famous ziyarat from Imam Baqir (as) that has been recited for centuries on the tenth of Muharram and throughout the year. Great scholars have emphasized its importance and taught us of the benefits of its recitation. This ziyarat touches on different aspects of the faith, including some twelver theology regarding imamate, history, duas, la’n and baraa’ah, and even makes mention of an aspect of the doctrine of Mahdiism.
