About?

Welcome to Rockabye Mama, where real sleep meets real parenting. As a mom who has helped hundreds of other families through the sleep training process, I realized that the traditional forms of sleep training no longer aligned to what I believed when it came to child development and attachment. A once believer that "sleep without sleep training" had to be some sort of gimmick, I'm now helping families with just that -- improving sleep without sleep training methods that ask you to leave your child alone to cry.
