About?

Health | Healing | Healed   I wrote several songs in 2011, when I was in the middle of a personal life experience that changed me forever. "SELAH" means more to me than a "pause" during an interlude in Psalms. It is the name of the daughter that never had a chance to be born and a spiritual exprience for me. Since then, I've been penning songs that feel like Psalms. With the help of my loved ones, hopefully this will be something that's shared with any soul that seeks refuge in the midst of a "pause", in addition to others that I've compiled into a creative project (thanks to my peeps & Suno) that I have named Selah's Songs. Here's a sneak peak.
