She Rises Through It is a weekly podcast for women who are navigating the messy middle of growth; where identity shifts, motivation fades, and the next chapter hasn’t fully revealed itself yet. I’m Cydnie Jocelyn, Minnesota-based CEO of The Cydnie Jocelyn Collective, retreat creator, and mentor for women in transition. This podcast is where I speak honestly about becoming in real time, without bypassing the discomfort, the nervous system work, or the real-life responsibilities we’re carrying alongside our growth. Here, we don’t chase quick fixes or perform healing. We build self-leadership, slowly, intentionally, and with integrity.
