We’ll be talking about things like anxious attachment, procrastination, and self-doubt AND we’ll discuss how to re-design these challenges by starting from a place of self-acceptance (a.k.a. giving a middle finger to society’s shame and conditioning). Don’t get it twisted though – we’re here to heal but we’re also here to throw shade. Episodes will kick off with a soulful and vulnerable chat and devolve into game-show style segments called soft girls going wild 💋 So pull up y’all and #staysoft
