My name's Andy Reid, and a number of years I've had this perception of high performance hanging over my head. Sure it has driven me to achieve a few things in my time, but the sense of satisfaction has often eluded me, to the point that I've had some dark times mentally. But all this time I've been missing the trick, and that trick is understanding the true meaning of 'high performance' for human beings. This show is being put together to help people discover what it actually means to be a high performing human for them, with a focus on 4 key elements - success, influence, connection & happiness.
