Cousins, Caroline Moeller and Jasmine Cruz, created That's the Whiskey in 2021 in hopes of making others feel a little less lonely during the COVID-19 Pandemic. The pair speak often about growing up in beautiful Sonoma County and navigating young adulthood through various traumatic events.
