Forty-five minutes with a business owner, a plan for the next ninety days, and a monthly check-in where the plan gets scored out loud. Most business shows end at the advice. This one starts a clock. Every guest brings what they sell and what it does in a month. Rough numbers are welcome and most of them are rough. By the end we have a plan for the next ninety days, said out loud, in front of whoever is listening. Then they come back.
