What am I here for? What is stopping me? What are my fears? How can I access the field of limitless possibilities? How do I get in flow with the universe while remaining connected to the present moment?These weekly episodes of story telling and talks from spiritual teachers, yoga practitioners, holistic health coaches, and wellness entrepreneurs, aim to give you the tools you may be searching for when it comes to co-creating your reality. Together, we will explore the mystical and non mystical, through conversations about yoga, wellness, spirituality, nutrition, mental and emotional health to guide you back to your high vibrational self.
