Loren Lewis Cole, jewellery and mixed materials artist explores the themes she observes surrounding women, health, embodiment and artistic experience. The dynamic space where embodiment meets creative practice. The Embodied Vessel explores inviting back in aspects of our experience that we let go of thinking we would be loved for being good. A reclamation of the natural creative heart and the innocence and vulnerability of expression.  Sensuality is our shield against an ever growing climate of disassociation. Craft is a soul-boat that brings us home. Coming home to the perfection of the body as it naturally is, of instinct, of emotional range and artistic contribution.  When we allow ourselves to be alive, embodied and awake to the totality of our experience, life is inherently creative, and our gifts are offerings we gladly make.
