This is The Ground Floor! A podcast for all those in ministry that are seeking to truly innovate the way that youth ministry, and ministry in general is done. In this space we explore what innovation actually is, what enables it to happen in churches, and to engage in an audio adventure with those who have been bold enough to build actual ground floor innovations in youth ministry and the broader church.
