Marcus leaves his homeland in order to meet his Grandfather. The year is 2060 and America is ravaged by a prolonged Civil War. Grandpa happens to be a General in one of the largest Militia's in the US - The Remnant. Their sordid meeting quickly turns into a scouting mission. A new and strange enemy has infiltrated Militia territory. Fortunately Marcus has a few tricks up his sleeve. Everyone from his homeland, Navy Island, possess unique psychic abilities.
