Learn about the gist of different legal practices and legal studies, from corporate law to public interest. Hosted by Giselle Valdez, a first-generation Latina lawyer and founder of The Legal Gist. She practices regulatory media law from coast to coast, as she is admitted to practice in CA and DC. She graduated with a J.D. from Columbia Law School, a MSc in the Social Science of the Internet from the University of Oxford, and a B.A. in Literature from Columbia University.
