A recent survey concluded that over 65% of women have noticed changes to their menstrual cycle throughout the pandemic. An article published in the Guardian newspaper in March 2021 points to increased stress and limited outlets for emotions as the main culprits, however in this podcast I touch upon increased EMF's as a likely cause of hormonal change and imbalance.
