Our host, Dr. Paul Jennings has spent a career diagnosing and responding to performance related health issues in visitor attractions of different types and sizes in the UK and beyond. In this initial series Paul interviews senior leaders in the field to gain an understanding of how others have navigated market challenges of the last few years and remained commercially sustainable.
