About?

In 2045, A near constant rain and rising sea levels, have rendered the U.K. a drowned land. Only a newly independent Scotland remains as a functioning state; though its inhabitants cling to a fragile existence among the higher ground of the mountains and hills. Vast towers fringe the mountainous border, from Stonehaven in the east, to Dunoon in the west. Spaced twenty miles apart, they communicate only by radio, visible to one another only at night. But Tully’s nearest tower has gone dark, and the radio has nothing but an endless void of static for him. There are though rumours of a secret bandwidth.
