About?

We are Sophie and Sophie, besties since we were 7! We decided to start this podcast to create a safe space to vent and chat about all things woman and being a mamma! We will focus on the realities and pressures of being a woman, whilst keeping it light hearted and fun. As a woman you have to stay fit, but don’t get too skinny, find a partner, but be independant, look after your skin, but don’t be vain. Being a mother adds a whole new element to the mix. We will talk mishaps, birth stories, first moments, poo, sleep, relationships and more. SO come join the party, BRING YOUR FRIENDS!
