This Is Normal(ish) is a candid, funny, and unfiltered look at modern parenting from your hosts, Katiah and Timitri—a neurodivergent couple raising four kids, two of whom are neurodivergent, and navigating life as full-time caregivers to their oldest daughter with complex disabilities. Each episode pulls back the curtain on the beautiful chaos of family life: the real moments, the hard days, the hilarious ones, and the “is this normal…ish?” questions every parent asks but rarely says out loud. We share our journey with honesty, humor, and heart—because parenting is messy, society is confusing, and sometimes the only thing you can do is laugh and keep going. Whether you’re parenting, caregiving, neurodivergent yourself, or just trying to make sense of this wild world, we’re here to offer a perspective that’s relatable, raw, and a little ridiculous in the best way.
