Renay is a conversation about what actually happens inside leaders when the path isn't clear — when systems resist, the stakes are real. Hosted by J. Renay Loper, each episode brings together leaders with something to show, not just say: people who've shifted how decisions get made, held difference without collapse, and stayed grounded when it cost them something.
