“Under the Mango Tree – Talks from the Vila Sul Residency” is an English‑language podcast exploring artistic perspectives on the Global South. The series brings together conversations with international artists from the Vila Sul Residency of the Goethe‑Institut Salvador‑Bahia, who develop their projects during their stay in Salvador, Brazil. The podcast is moderated by Aldri Anunciação. Each episode takes a specific theme and approaches it from a transcultural perspective, turning it into a personal conversation about art, society, and creative processes. In 2026, the series is guided by the overarching theme “Fabrics of Narratives.”
