Are you feeling so lost in anxiety and depression that you feel like you don’t even know who you are in more? Are you feeling burnt out and overwhelmed by the weight of this world? Are you tired of being told to “just suck it up” and “pray more about it”? Are you wanting to make a change but afraid of what others will think? My friend, you aren’t alone. I was raised in a Christian household and yet still found myself in this position. I have learned so much about grace, community, and prioritizing my health from the inside out along my journey, and I want to share hat I’ve learned with YOU!
