We are Jamie and Hannah, two working mamas of color who created Vegetation: a mindfulness practice that we enjoy so much that we do it twice-weekly at 5:30 in the morning (seriously!). Join us as we record ourselves in Vegetation, then come back weeks later, to record our commentary on the synchronicities and revelations that inevitably arise as our future-selves look back at our past-selves. It’s so effective for us that we felt called to share it as a community-building offering during these times of great isolation.
