Whispers of Nafsiyah wants to bridge the gap and offer ways to find holistic healing by combining therapy, medication, du’a, mindfulness, and self-care while emphasizing the psychological benefits of Islamic spiritual practices like prayer, dhikr, and sabr! Focus on real-life challenges faced by Muslims, including marriage conflicts, addiction, grief, infertility. Ultimately we want to create a safe, faith-centered space for mental wellness, empowering Muslims to seek help, heal, and thrive.
