WNJY is a podcast service of New Jersey's YMCA Professional Network, YPN Chapter 17. The aim is to serve as a resource in YMCA Professional day-to-day operations, as well as professional development on a wide variety of topics relevant to YMCA staff. Hosts Michael Reisman from YMCA of Bucks and Hunterdon Counties, and Nya Noziere from Sussex County YMCA, lead discussions with leaders from within and outside the YMCA's community of leaders.
