Since that time, he has studied and practiced in both the Theravadan and Tibetan Buddhist lineages. In 2005, he met Mingyur Rinpoche, and in 2010 he ordained as a Buddhist monk under Rinpoche’s tutelage. HolgerYeshe has a particular interest in making meditation accessible and in the intersection between the meditative tradition and Western modes of inquiry.
