Since the first Australian Parliament in 1901, time has been set aside to allow questions to be asked of ministers, colloquially known as Question Time. During this time, elected representatives hold the government accountable by asking ministers questions about their actions and decisions. The Prime Minister and Ministers are expected to answer these questions, providing transparency and insight into government affairs. Subscribe to listen back to Question Time from the House of Representatives Chamber of Australian Parliament House in Canberra, Australia.
