Between Us brings real, compassionate and authentic conversations we wish we had years ago. We are two late identified and diagnosed neurodivergent mums in our 40s, living on two different continents who spent our lives masking Autism and ADHD - until our children’s diagnosis helped us finally understand our own. Between tears and with a wink we are navigating life, parenting and healing from decades of misunderstanding while rebuilding our lives in midlife. It’s a raw and deeply relatable podcast exploring the unfiltered reality of life after discovering you are neurodivergent. Together we unpack our stories of (un)masking, misunderstanding, missed support, sensory overwhelm, burnout, anxiety, neurodivergence in women, generational patterns, the education system, parenting, homeschooling and everything related.
