Home Insight was created during the surge of Covid-19 in 2020. The goal was to connect people virtually and find a new sense of community in times of lockdown and isolation. We bring meaningful topics to our listeners and invite ordinated buddhist monks and nuns to speak and discuss these topics with us. Our motto throughout has been: "If you cant go outside, look inside."
