Hej, it’s Beatrice and welcome to my podcast! Reflections, stories, thoughts, and some conversations are all woven throughout my Swedish-inspired podcast. It’s also heavily influenced by three classic Scandinavian concepts: -Fika, a Swedish coffee break that is a habitual part of the day. A cozy time of rest usually with company & conversation -Hygge, a Danish concept of comfort and simplicity -Lagom, a Swedish mindset (including practices) of balance and contentment in all aspects of life
