This podcast is different because it's the story behind the stories Nic shares in his leadership keynotes and workshops, revealing many of his own missteps as well as the power of faith, family, love, and commitment along the way. Together, Nic and Tarina talk candidly about how to communicate with authority and empathy, the practice of servant leadership, and the importance of criticizing the work and not the person, among other topics. As Nic says, “Respect and trust aren’t built with a hammer.” This podcast is practical and honest. It is a way for men and women to learn how to judge less and listen more and become the leader they want to be at home and work.
