Welcome to the Public Service Adventure Podcast, where we travel through the land of complicated processes, obscure acronyms and invisible accountability! We are two Belgians who believe that our public services can and should be better. So we want to hear what has been tried in some public administrations and see what can be replicated. We interview people who are working to improve the Belgian public sector, be it as public servants, cabinet members, researchers and consultants.
