My name is Sinmi and I am a new grad nurse. This podcast is a personal project to document my entry into the nursing profession. Starting as a nurse in 2022 in the USA is a completely different picture than any other time in nursing history. My aim is to provide a record of life as is it for me as a novice nurse starting in a new field in an unprecedented time.
