”These are the files sent to me by client 347. After asking him to write, for homework, what triggered his desire to seek help in psychotherapy, he emailed me these recordings. I have listened through them a few times, and am still forming my own opinion. Once you’ve had chance to listen to it all, I would be glad to hear what you make of it. It’s… unusual. You’ll probably want to go through it more than once, and, if I can make two recommendations: whether he’s telling the truth or not, you’re going to want to listen from the start and pay attention; there’s not a single detail spared. And second: maybe don’t listen alone in the dark. I look forward to hearing from you.” Sparks is a fictional horror podcast told in a late-night confessional style.
