About?

We’re Sarah Walton and Michele Wang, two 50-something women who’ve been friends for over 25 years—and all we really want to do is talk some sh*t and laugh our asses off. Not everything has to be “a breakthrough” or “next-level” or “the 5-step path to becoming your best self." We promise you: no important lessons will be taught and no deep dives will be taken. We’re officially overwhelmed and drowning with all the self-help, get-better information out there and frankly we’re at full capacity. We just want to hang out and we want nothing more than for you to join us. So welcome to Talk Sh*t and Laugh (TSAL)—a weekly podcast for women, where two lifelong friends, talk about all the random sh*t rolling around in their heads. We’re tired of pretending we’re fine, sick of fixing ourselves, and deeply craving something real.
