Coach Frank and his son Lance are generations 2 and 3 of a college basketball playing family. They are also passionate Minnesota Timberwolves fans and observers. The Coach & The "Culture" podcast will feature Timberwolves centric conversation from a coach's analytical perspectives and a player's processing. There's a culture to basketball coaching and a team is very much reflective of a coach's culture. That notion guides the discussions on this entertaining and basketball educational podcast.
