A discussion uncovering the intricate complexities of the Global Engineering Construction Industry, taking a look at what problems are being addressed and which solutions can pave our way to success.  Hosting each podcast and with a career spanning five decades of dealing with commercial/contractual risk across a wide spectrum of engineering and construction projects, particularly in power and energy industries, is John Fotherby, Chairman of the European Construction Institute and one of the partners here at Kingsfield Academy. Hosting alongside John will be Alex Johnson, a highly experienced construction and engineering lawyer and partner at Freeths LLP. Alex specialises in the management and resolution of complex disputes across a variety of industry sectors, including major infrastructure, energy and power, oil and gas, process plant and building projects.
