Welcome to The EPD podcast, a show dedicated to helping those passionate and interested in youth development both as a player and coach. I'm George Gray, host & founder of Essex Player Development, a leading technical specialist academy in Essex helping young footballers achieve their goals. Within just 6 years, I have gone onto working with some of the best talented players in London and Essex, achieving my UEFA B license and working for 4 years within the academy environment. my coaching has lead me to be working with several high profile coaches with playing backgrounds and experiencing some world class information to maximise my knowledge. Each week I will be joined by a guest on the podcast to discuss all things football and find out some real golden nuggets to help you on your journey. So if you're passionate about your learning for the beautiful game that we all love, why don't you have a listen to some of our podcasts.
