The Core Curriculum at WKCR's neighboring institution Columbia University sees a cohort of 1800 students read the same literary classics over the course of a year, beginning in Ancient Mesopotamia and ending with Toni Morrison. WKCR 89.9FM radio host and lecturer Thomas Preston is joined by Katrina Dzyak, Larry Jackson and a collection of other colleagues to bring life to these texts on the airwaves.
