This is a podcast where the wellness world collides with the love and design of God for not only our bodies, but our lives. Every area of life affects our whole person - & that’s what we dive into , real and raw. After working with clients and helping others heal, i have found that the missing piece for a lot of people is their ability to experience emotion in a healthy way. We dive deep in this podcast, leave no room for small talk, and get real about questions we need to ask ourselves so we can wake up from our numb slumber and love the people and world around us. “how can we be close to God if we’re far from our own selves?” Oneness with God is a whole body experience. “Don't you know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who lives in you and who was given to you by God?
