This is a hospitality driven podcast and passion project of Stephan Sardi that is created off the idea of giving guests on the show the ability to 86 anything of their choosing. Volume 1 serves as an introduction of the host and creator through the process of opening his second restaurant in Italy, finding a new home, conversations with friends, family and former colleagues from the world of Hospitality. The Pilot volume begins in the summer/fall of 2025 on a stormy drive home from a job in Torino at 4am and goes through the real raw struggle of finally launching in 2026, contains cover songs.
